2.  Search: A "Collection" will be set up for us to interact together in Real Time on listings that may be of interest.  You will be able to Favorite, Save, Comment and request a tour or add homes to the list.  We will keep the search broad at first so that you do not miss anything that could work out, then narrow the list down as you get close to wanting a tour.
3.  Pricing: Any home that you're interested in, we will run a Comparative Market Analysis to ensure you do not pay too much.
4. Negotiating: When it comes time to make an offer, we will help negotiate the best price and terms for you, including enough time for you to do your due diligence with a home inspection, survey and appraisal (if needed) to ensure you are comfortable with the quality and value of the home you're purchasing.
5. Transaction Managing: Our job is to handle the deadlines to keep you under contract, from helping book home inspection, being the liaison between title agent, listing agent and lender, we are here to make sure your home closes on time with a minimum amount of surprises and stress for you.
